Booking Cancellation
You can cancel your booking at any time. However, the timing of your cancellation will affect whether a fee applies.
- More than 24 hours before pickup – No cancellation fee.
- Within 24 hours of pickup – A small cancellation fee may apply.
- Within 2 hours of pickup – Full fare may be charged.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timing and payment method used during booking. We aim to handle all eligible refunds promptly and fairly.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
- No refunds for completed trips.
No-Show Policy
If the passenger is not available at the pickup location without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, the full booking amount may be charged.
